Areas of Practice

• Wills and Trusts – preparation of simple wills, revocable trusts, special needs trusts, Advance Healthcare Directive, and Powers of Attorney.
• Probate of Wills – When an individual passes away, there are certain circumstances where their assets need to be submitted to the supervision of the Superior Court to be distributed to the decedent’s heirs at law (if no Will) or their beneficiaries named in their Will.
• Probate Litigation – There are various situations in which dispute arises out of a Will or a Trust, or where those documents do not exist, whereby the Superior Court resolves the dispute.
• Conservatorships – A conservatorship proceeding may be necessary when an adult cannot provide for their own personal care or manage their finances and a conservator is appointed by the Court to assist that individual.
